Condensation
We tried out this tent in our garden for one night and found it was very waterproof. The Scottish rain didn't stand a chance against it. However, we did notice that there was some condensation on the inside.Undeterred we set out for Auckinleck and camped for three night at Hillend Livery Camping (excellent) where the tent once more took a pummelling from the Scottish weather. We remained completely dry in the bedroom where there is a large vent at the back of the tent. However, in the front of the tent there was a lot of condensation, no doubt due to the lack of vents. There was just myself and my husband in the tent. If there were five people in this tent I can imagine you would need to put towels down along the front of the tent near the door where the condensation seems to gather. Also, five people in this tent is hugely ambitious. Five adults, definitely not. Two adults and three kids would be possible but not really comfortable. My husband and I went together and we loved the space. So, in summary:Waterproof - 10/10Sturdy - 10/10Spacious - 6/10Dry inside, or condensation - 4/10If you are planning on taking a family away in this tent, bring extra towels to soak up the internal moisture. It doesn't stop this tent being a good investment but it does give someone an extra job in the morning, for which I have taken off a star.

Broken on first use
Never had a tent so awful. Used for first time this weekend. Clips were missing to hold bedroom in place, gold rings to hold poles in place missing. Bottom zip on the door doesnāt close, 2 ropes missing. Small tear in footprint. Seen in the āliving areasā just leaks water with the smaller shower of rain. Never used so much duct tape! Absolutely horrific and a total waste of money. Wonāt be able to use again. Exceptionally disappointing.

Imperfect
Finally got round to putting this up before we go away and one of the guide ropes tie has a missed stitch and 2 eye holes for the pegs are missing other than that itās a great tent and would be happy with it if this could be resolved with some discount Iāve gave 3 stars āļø only because we havenāt came to an agreement yet but once resolved I would say 5 stars āļø
