We don't have to compare the price of the product with the US market, it's almost the same. We wanted to jack up the volume of our TV and add a little thump to the music at home - this speaker does both seamlessly. It stays connected to power, goes into sleep after a duration of no activity and comes back online when you connect it back to your phone, tablet or laptop.We did not use the HDMI-ARC cable to connect our TV (since its an old TCL), but it connects to the Amazon FireStick's bluetooth feature. You can override another device and start playing from a different, previously paired device.Wouldn't need to brag about Bose's sound quality though. Everyone who uses or has used a Bose would know this. The inbuilt bass module does a great job, although they sell another separate Bass Unit if you want more thump (clearly for home, we didn't need it).The "Dialogue" mode is amazing! Put it on when watching a movie and you can't miss even a whisper! The speaker is a excellent on low volumes as well - mid tones are crystal clear! During a music playback, the beats are beautiful. The highs and the lows are very crisp.This is a great product to have at home for your TV or just like a fixed bluetooth speaker.

Great quality audio. Loved the dialogue mode feature which delivers crisp vocals. Easy to use. Had set it up with Vu 43GA with HDMI ANC port. Working smoothly. Plus I know its going to go for a good full decade so not a bad investment after all. Anyway, new smart tvs in the market have very poor audio systems. Best buy, must buy.And guess what, you can expand the setup by adding bose subwoofers and remote speakers to make it a full home theatre experience. This just takes consuming content to a whole new level. Very happy with the prompt delivery as usual by Amazon. The only regret being that they're made in china.

I’m a mixing and mastering engineer. Sound quality is very important to me. I wanted a sound bar for the living room TV. Many options around 20-30k that ‘look’ more bang for the buck. However, this small tv speaker is a powerhouse of quality and loudness as well. The vocal clarity feature is just brilliant while watching movies. No bleeding at high volumes which is very important, trust me.You won’t regret this purchase unless all you care for is extreme loudness and deafening sub bass!

Bose, may not have anything new to say about the sound quality. I have checked a lot of good quality sound bars such as Sonos, Polk, Denon, Yamaha etc, and took it within this budget. Yamaha 408 is definitely magnificent but exceeded my budget. I would definitely buy a Yamaha if I could spend another 15/20 thousand. The most interesting thing about this speaker is its bass. Which I didn't fill in the other soundbar. I have a Bose AM 5 which is a 2008 model. The difference between the two is that AM5 delivers better high frequencies so more fun to listen music and this has more cinematic effect. Although I bought extra Bass Module i.e. Bose 500 to get the more punch. It delivers real thunderous bass. But who doesn't need the extra bass they don't need by the Bass Module.
