This battery has never failed or have gave me Any problem I have received it not to long and is running smoothly and good and it also last me for a long time there for I can't really complain I didn't know that it will last me 8-9 hours which it isn't bad at all. It comes with everything like on the picture image.

If you ride daily, be prepared to charge it frequently
I went from a15 amp/hr to a 10.4 ah. The smaller battery doesn't supply enough power to take me on a 25 mile round trip. I'm saving to buy a 48v 15 ah one

this battery replacement slides on my battery track easlyhas lots of power and lifeit does not work with my old mandlebar controllerhard to know how much power leftbut worth the price

Doesn't hold charge at all
I plugged in battery ,made sure it was fully charged n within 3 min not even ,,of going DOWN my hill ,,,I put throttle all the way n battery started going down 1 bar

output plug in is on the bottom. modification might be needed.
expensive, but the shipping was lightning fast. it works just fine so far on my bike. This is day two though, so I believe it is a little too early to review. i will come back for an edit if something changes. Nov.4th, 2022.

Be careful cannot return.
To short will not work on my ebike. Cannot return Waste of money.
