Perfect
I love rice and pasta but not the calories, these are great! Obviously not going to be the same as the real thing but as long as you wash thoroughly (when you open has a fishy smell but rinse and this disappears) it’s unflavoured but then you can add your own sauces and honestly it gives a similar texture and feeling your eating pasta! This is great for me because it’s a fraction of the calories and you can afford to add sauces and whatever without it being too high in cals (I’m in a calorie deficit) I’ll buy again and again and I’m a fan!

Hey they are an alternative
I’ve seen some reviewers say they had received a different product. Maybe that was an accident as accidents happen. As of March to April 2022 I received what was in the photo, perfect for my keto diet. I rinse and put them in the microwave for a few minutes. They aren’t perfect. You can tell it definitely isn’t pasta haha. But they aren’t bad. They are tasteless. The taste will come from the sauce you add. But they have that ‘feel’ and texture of eating pasta. I make nice sauces and they do the job. You just have to be creative. I still have a few boxes left. They are just so easy for those nights I don’t want to cook. I actually found them in a health store not far from me for the same price. So no harm. Someone described them as stomach fillers and that’s exactly what they are. I made a tasty pesto pasta a few nights back, store bought jar that had only 4 net carbs. Added some Parmesan and walla! The different types are all pretty much the same thing. Just different shaped pastas. Hope this helps. (:

An acquired taste but persevere!
On first use of this product, you are hit with a very strange smell when you open the pouch but experience has shown me that you have to rinse them several times and drain well and then it's not too bad. All I do is add salt and pepper and heat for a minute or so in the microwave (depending on the wattage). Possibly drain again then add the sauce of your choice. Yes, they are a bit rubbery but once you get used to the texture, all is good! They are an acquired taste but if you push past this, you have yourself a very low calorie filling alternative to pasta.

I am sorry but no
I bought this in the hope it will aid my weight loss. Firstly it stinks, I've read reviews where this is mentioned as a faint aroma, am sorry but no this is more than that. Even after washing it thoroughly it does not smell pleasing. First time I had it, the following morning I threw up, but seeing as I had two meals that day I didn't want to judge too quickly. The next day after a 16 hour fast I gave it another try just after a coffee, this was the first thing I had. I put the noodles into a soup. I threw up an hour later. Maybe it does not agree with me maybe it was. A bad batch but, either way no more. Diet food should not be this hard. Am sorry am not trying to deter anyone from buying this, this was simply my experience and it wasn't a good one. Also this item is not eligible for a refund.

Does what they are made for
OK so no this is not a good Thai noodle, or a Chinese noodle. But, what they are, after a bit of a rinse under a cold tap, are a good replacement. They need flavour added so I use them with a Thai red or green curry sauce, or a Miso soup, stir fried chicken and a good quality soya, they really are what you make of them. At the end of the day, you get more from these than they are, because they are filling but low calorie.

I’d rather go without - poor substitute.
Great for macros but I’d rather not eat any substitute as they don’t taste great (actually taste of nothing) and the texture is so watery and slimy. I think technology has to improve before you can make a great carb substitute.

Great keto substitute
My favourite keto noodles substitute , konjac noodles have a rubbery texture and no taste n these are great because they are so thin, I add coconut aminos to noddles when heating in microwave to try and add flavour, best for “ saucy” dishes and I make a pack last for two dishes as wouldn’t be enjoyable as main part of meal,

Changed my life
I found out through changing to slim pasta, I have a gluten allergy, I always had a bad reaction after pasta and noodles as well as bread but didn’t expect it to be an allergy. I started eating slim pasta/noodles and now get no symptoms.I’ve cut weight in record time and these packs mean I can eat the same delicious meals my bf makes without the worry, as he just substitutes all gluten products for slim products. The texture of the noodles takes a bit of getting used to, not long and you won’t remember what you’re not having. The pasta is amazing and rice tastes no different. I’d say to add all the salt free seasonings you would to any stir fry whether you microwave or use a pan.Not just that but we can now eat together instead of me panicking that it’s too late to eat carbs and only 18cals. They’re an absolute godsend for anybody who wants to eat tasty fat&carb guilt free food. Being vegan as well is an added extra. I’ll never go back to ordinary pasta and at less than £2 a pack they’re cheaper than instant rice and far better for your waistline. 5* I can’t recommend enough.
