I came across this product and thought I would give it a try. I like the fact that this product is supposed to lower blood pressure and cholesterol and clear plaque from your arteries. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now. My blood pressure is always just a little high along with my cholesterol so I want to see the next time I go to the doctor if anything has changed. I have had no side affects from taking this. All in all I would say it is a good product and I would recommend it.

I like the product it dissolved easily and was an average size of a Tylenol so not to bad to swallow. It could have a coupon or a deal to help with cost but it is comparable in price to other heart products.

My doc told me to take 2000 UI of Vitamin D3. Recently, I got an okay from doc to double that dose. I wanted to increase my D3 intake because I read that recent studies (Northwestern University)studied global data from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and discovered a strong correlation between vitamin D deficiency and mortality rates.However, it is not recommended to exceed the upper limit of safe intake, which is 4000 IU (100 micrograms) per day. Larger doses have not been linked with any additional health benefits. Large doses of vitamin D (such as more than 4,000 IU a day) should be taken only under your health care provider's advice. Taking too much supplemental vitamin D can be toxic in rare cases. It can lead to hypercalcemia, a condition in which too much calcium builds up in the blood.Some manufactures use IU to specify the dosage, and others use micrograms (mcg). Here is how to convert: 1 IU is the biological equivalent of 0.025 mcg cholecalciferol or ergocalciferol. To convert from mg to IU: mg * 1.5 = IU and 1000 micrograms (mcg) is equal to 1 milligram (mg).The dosage on this K2+D3 supplement is 125 mcg (5000 IU).I wish this supplement's dosage were 4000 IU (the recommended maximum dosage) rather than 5000 IU.Expiration 01/21 (purchased 9/15/20). I was interested in this supplement for the vitamin D content. Of course as we should all know by now, Covid is out there, and there have been studies that linked the severity of the disease, and likelihood of infection to deficiencies in vitamin D. Now from my research, an acceptable dose on the upper scale would be in the neighborhood of 4000 iu and this one exceeds that by supplying 5000 iu by my calculations. I do find that a bit much, as I do not usually like to overdo it with supplements, as there are certain risks for toxicity to occur with too much of a good thing, though vitamins tend not to be as harmful as overdosing minerals, which you should not do of course. Too much vitamin D though can lead to calcification of the blood, but not in all cases, and I am not a doctor but I do not think that we are dealing with that sort of issue with the doses presented in this heart supplement. Again, it is best to check with your doctor, as I am not one, but I do have some knowledge of these things, and a background in a wide discipline of health sciences being a kinesiologist. I did not find any discomfort to my stomach or anything like that, and I did see that some people complained that their bottles were almost expired, but the one that I received is good until may of 2022, so that wasn't an issue for me.

I have high blood pressure, I take meds and I'm on a fitness journey to lose a little bit more weight. I took my blood pressure while taking this and it didn't do a thing. I'm a fan of vit K and D3 for many reasons. I didn't have any side effects of taking this and I like that it's only 1 capsule a day, a 60 day bottle. The capsules are easy to take. Did it clean out my arteries? I have no idea, I can only review this on how I felt and checking my blood pressure as I did.
