Too greasy for me
I gave this primer several tries but I'm going to stop using it. Compared to other primers I've tried, this one makes my skin feel persistently oily or greasy. This could just be my skin type, because others reviewers did not seem to have this problem at all.

Glittery, but doesn’t show once foundation is on unless in direct light. Works well
This comes in an outer product box. It’s made in the USA. Ingredients are on packaging. It’s gluten free, paraben free, phthalate free, cruelty free, and vegan. It does contain fragrance and silicones. This comes in a plastic bottle with a pump top. It has a nice look to it.Directions for use say to apply 1-2 pumps with fingertips over moisturizer or onto clean skin, starting at center and moving outwards to cover entire face or target specific areas for a retouched effect.“Hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, apricot oil and passion fruit oil help boost moisture for smoother-looking skin.”I was kind of surprised it said it was going to provide a “gentle mattifying, yet radiant effect.” Usually a primer will be mattifying or radiant, not both. When it arrived and I saw it had a bunch of glitter in it, I was pretty shocked! In the product photos, it looked completely clear in the bottle and even in the swipe of it (3rd product photo) the primer looked completely clear without any glitter whatsoever. I don’t see how it can be mattifying with all that glitter in it. I also don’t see how it can blur and diffuse the look of pores, fine lines, and wrinkles with all that glitter in it because usually glitter, sparkles, etc. will emphasize things like pores, lines, etc. I thought maybe it was just the bottle that was glittery and not the primer, but when I pumped some out I could definitely see the glitter. I show photos of it in the bottle and some pumped out, you can see the glitter if you look closely at the photo where I pumped some out. So, I was really curious how this was going to turn out! This does have added fragrance. It smells light and fresh and I only notice it while applying. This feels nice going on the skin. It’s a silicone based primer. Sometimes I love those and sometimes I hate them. I don’t like it when they feel too thick and heavy, don’t spread easy, and pill up. This one doesn’t feel too thick or heavy, it spreads very easily, and it doesn’t pill up at all. I wouldn’t say this is hydrating like it’ll replace my moisturizer. But I always do my skincare a little while before my makeup so it has time to settle in before I start my makeup, so I don’t need my primer to work as a moisturizer. But, it doesn’t feel dry on the skin. I doesn’t fill any fine lines. But, it does give a nice smooth base for my makeup. I could definitely see the glitter on my face, but it was subtle. But, I still don’t like glitter on my face. Fortunately, once I applied my foundation I didn’t notice the glitter at all. But, I could see it slightly if I was in direct light. I’d say it leaves a soft matte finish (not too matte). It also depends on the finish of the foundation I use with it. If I use a dewy/glowy foundation, it helps make it less dewy/glowy and last better. If I use a matte foundation, it looks fully matte. My makeup lasted well throughout the day whenever I used this.Overall, I like this. It works well and looks nice on my skin. It’s worked well with different foundations (from dewy to matte and from light coverage to full coverage). It helps my makeup last well throughout the day. It’s pretty pricey. There’s other silicone based primers that work just as well for far less. But, it only takes a little bit for my whole face so if this lasts long enough, the price might not seem like so much. As of right now, just based on performance, I give it 4 stars. It works as described for the most part giving a gentle mattifying effect but I don’t think it gives a radiant effect other than the glitter I see on my face. It does seem to blur things - makes the fine lines, pores, etc. less noticeable and gives a smooth base.INGREDIENTSDimethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Tocopherol, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Passiflora Edulis Seed Pol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Trihydroxystearin, Glucomamman, Isododecane, Silica, Calcium Sodium Borosilicate, Tin Oxide, Fragrance (Parfum), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491)

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this primer!
The media could not be loaded. My skin tends to be oily, so when I saw the glitter in this Lune+Aster PorePerfect primer, I was very leery to try it. I feel like the glitter combined with my natural shine could be too much. I decided to do a patch test on my chin, which is one of my oily areas. The primer felt like it applied a little on the thick side and it did not seem to immediately absorb into my skin like other primers do. It did, however, grip my liquid foundation well and when all of my makeup was applied, it was in fact matte. I also did not feel any residue when I touched my face throughout the day to test it out. I could see the glitter very slightly when I was in direct sunlight, but it looked like a finer consistency than looking directly in the bottle. When I looked in the mirror indoors, there was no detectable glitter. When comparing my chin to the rest of my face where I applied a different primer, my chin actually remained more matte throughout the day than the rest of my face. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with this primer and very glad that I took a chance and tried it.

Fills in uneven textures!
In the bottle, the product looks sparkly. When you run it into your skin, it looks sparkly. But underneath your makeup? Not so much! Which is how I love it! This product has done a wonderful job at keeping my full face of makeup staying on my face and keeping me looking nice, even when I work 8 hour days, running around clocking 15k steps. It evens out my tone and texture and makeup applies very nicely over the top of it. Works well combined with my setting spray too. I’m a fan!

Likeable primer 👍
Sometimes it's a struggle with primers and my skin type being combination as only a couple spots such as my nose and chin can be oily but the rest of my face can be pretty dry. so some primaries can be a little too dewy on my oily areas but others can be too matte for my dry areas. This is a good balance for both of the areas and has a nice finish to it- even over my areas with larger pores. It does help to keep my makeup and place nicely. Plus, I like that it has additional ingredients that are beneficial for the skin such as- hyaluronic acid, vitamin e apricot oil and passion fruit oil 💁♀️

Feel so nice
Okay I didn't exactly take a before and after of my face here but this primer feels so nice on my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin and it's difficult to find anything that I can put on my face without breaking out. I applied it directly to my skin without a moisturizer just to see how it would feel and it feels like I have a Moisturizer in my face. This is so smooth. It's a little weird that it has little gold flakes in it so you can kind of see your face sparkly in a few small places. But it does feel so nice and I feel so comfortable in my skin right now
