They were as expected = Very Good

Maybe I haven't used enough perm rod brands to say that Annie's is the undisputed champion, but I did order a 3 pack of Diane's perm rods, (the orange ones). That is, I bought 3 sets of 12. Out of the 36 perm rods in that order, the bands on 8 of them came loose before I even had a chance to put them in my hair. I had to use different perm rods to finish my hair style. And a ninth Diane perm rod popped out of my hair while I was asleep, leaving a frizzy limp section of hair instead of a beautiful curl.So, I bought TWO sets of 3 of Annie's perm rods, thinking that in case some of the bands came out as they had on Diane's, I would have extra to finish.You know what? I did my whole head of hair with one 3-pack, 36 perm rods. That is, 36 out of 36 worked perfectly. It was not a nail-damaging struggle to separate the top from the rod (as it was with Diane's) and not one of the bands came loose. I'm writing this review the day after I put Annie's perm rods in my hair and not one of them popped out while I was asleep. Good-bye, Diane. Hello, Annie!

Great for my small curls

I like that the Annie's brand has a long standing tradition with their numerous kinds of styling products. I have experienced some of the clamps popping off where the clips connect, but other than that, the rods did a great styling job.

I couldn't use them because they are so small.

My daughter was super excited that we found these. She originally was gonna order from someone else but then we spotted these. They are perfect and we got way more for a much better price. Absolutely will order again when she needs to replace them. They are great quality and came with so many. Highly recommended order from. Here and shipping was super fast!

I've done a few test runs with these rods, and so far so good. I like that these rods come with a long and short option, (in length). Overall - I would recommend these rod rollers. Plus you can't beat the price. These rod rollers are about $7, at a beauty supply for a pack of 1. For about the same price, you get 3 packs!
