Quiet, moves air and is not expansive.
I used this fan to mount of back of GPU, Kind of like how some of these new GPUS have a 4th fan on rear. Mounted it over pass through portion on my PNY RTX 4080 XLR8 and it dropped temps by 8C. Now I want to try the same thing on my Strix 4090 OC.The fan is quiet but moves air as well. Decent on both ends.

Great fan
Other than taking a while to arrive, it's a great fan. I've run it at full speed for a few days before setting up a profile. It was quiet and creates a nice breeze.

A Mighty Little Wind Blower
Got this to increase air intake in my Liab-li dynamic and it does make a difference.The intake is significant and the noise is as advertised- quite.The color doest stand out in the back of my case either.I would recommend getting a set of rubber fasteners so you won't damage you case if there are any mounting screws, as this allowed to add the fan without damaging my case.

Almost Silent at Hight RPMs

Cheap, Quiet, Affordable.
I recently built a pfsense router in a mini-ITX case. These fans blow directly toward the PCI-E slot that has an intel X540-T2 NIC in it. The NIC gets really hot and these fans keep it nice and cool so it doesn't throttle.
