Excellent for fine, thinning hair, especially if you have chemical sensitivities
Excellent product. Small business owner. I have fine thinning hair and cannot use just about all hair thickening products due to chemical sensitivities. I actually use this product to add volume right after I have finished blow drying my hair. Also helps keep my head from sweating up my hair. I’ve tried a lot of powder dry shampoos, and this is the best I’ve found at a reasonable price. It also helps to stiffen up my hair enough to tie my hair up and have it last. This product is now a staple for me.

Great!
This works really, really well. I will purchase it again. Sometimes it does leave a little residue if you dispense too much product, but for the most part it’s not an issue. The scent is nice and fresh, but not too strong. I have very fine, medium brown hair that gets oily at the roots before the end of the day.

It works!
Love the size, works well, lasts longer than aerosols. Only downside is the mess it makes & it does leave some residue on darker hair, but the volume it gives makes up for it. I’d repurchase.

Amazing
I’ve been looking for a cheaper alternative for my spray dry shampoo (Perfect Day brand one). This is a powder dry shampoo, but it seems to work so much better than my last one I’ve been using for years and paid $25/bottle!Very little goes a long way and keeps hair fresh and clean. I can tell I’ll have it for a while. I bought the smaller bottle for $9 and I just used it for the first time. I’m very impressed.Extremely light fragrance, which is what I want! I didn’t want a headache from a heavy smell in my hair all day (like the drugstore brand ones)!

Almost good…
I had high hopes for this stuff, but just didn’t do it. For context, I have thin straight light colored hair. If it wasn’t for dry shampoo, I’d have to wash my hair every day. I tried a different brand before this one that I loved, comes in a small container you “tap” against your hair, but I wasn’t sure if the cost was worth it. When it ran out, I put some of this stuff in the tap container. It seemed to do okay for one day, but my hair still felt dirty. It didn’t matter how much I used. It was good at hiding the fact it was oily, but I could still feel it. My guess is the lavender oil diminishes its efficacy. The smell is subtle, but I’d definitely prefer unscented. I’ll still use what I already purchased, but I don’t plan to get it again.

Gold Standard
This is probably my favorite dry shampoo ever. I have tried a lot of high end brands that aren’t as good as this one. This brand smells great, doesn’t add that much”build up” effect, disappears into my dark hair with a little rubbing in, and extends my wash days to five without looking like I’m cheating with a dry shampoo. And most importantly my scalp stays healthy.

I've tried them all...
**The only con to this product is that if you aren't careful, you might get some of the white powder on face or clothes when applying so definitely use it before you do your makeup or dress.I've tried ALL the dry shampoos - of course Batiste, brown-hair Batiste, Ouai, Amika and everything in between. I hated that I was using metal aerosol cans but in the name of good hair days, that was an eco-compromise I was willing to make. But THE COST... Granted Batiste is cheap but it really only gave me an extra day and I felt like I'd only get 4-5 uses out of their large cans. So I decided to try this. I had ZERO hopes since I've often been let down by 'natural' products in the past. But this is now my go-to. I still had my Amika dry shampoo on my subscribe and save list that I had forgotten to remove and I gave it to my daughter. Okay so what's great about this - I have fine, fairly straight, brown hair so when the greasies happen, you can SEE it... No hiding the greasy roots with any natural volume or texture. After a wash, I usually have major greasies on day 2 or 3, and with most dry shampoos I can get an extra 2 days. With this, I can go an extra 4 days. Also, I am a little sad that I dont get a high end fragrance with this dry shampoo - it's very subtle but I took zero stars off for this because I would guess most people don't want scent competition with perfumes or colognes. The scent is so subtle that it is definitely gender neutral. The big thing though that I didn't even think of when I first ordered was the nozzle - it's like the Elmer's glue bottles we used to have in school except the tip is a little wider to allow the powder to go through. But you twist open and twist close. The cool part is that you can basically put the tip right on your scalp, squeeze or gently tap the bottle slightly to get little 'puffs' of powder RIGHT at the roots. There's no wasted over spray, or bad aim shots (I'm famous for that)... This was by far my favorite feature. I don't have to section off my hair, I just run the tip through my hair near the scalp, massage my scalp, check for areas that might need more and I'm done. Also, I bought one bottle back in October 23 and another in Feb 24 (it's now April 24) - one for me and the other for my teenage son who has gorgeous mid-back length waves. I don't know whose is whose at this point but they are BOTH still about 2/3 full and I use this AT LEAST weekly so it lasts a REALLY long time. I've finally been able to get my wash days down to once a week with this stuff. There are only five ingredients - rice starch, oatmeal, silica, grapefruit peel oil, and olive leaf. And the container is recyclable and based on the packaging, it looks like you can go to their website for eco-friendly refills.

It's a good product, smells lovely
You could easily make this on your own but it's nice to have a travel size one and it smells really nice. It is very expensive for what it is but still, I like to have it on hand. Have ordered it several times and have given it for gifts, too, for people who don't know about dry shampoo.
