I got these to use as utility scissors in my garage. They’re perfect for that function. Sharp and more heavy duty than a standard scissor. Made in Japan too!

These are extremely good on cutting metal roofing. They are small enough and sharp enough to get in tight places and for small cuts. I would not recommend trying to cut a full sheet, but they are great for cutting small pieces when you need a tight cut! I would recommend.

I bought this solely to cut dog treats like bullysticks, dried cow cheeks, and the like. Overall, it works great--cuts through the cow cheeks easily. It has a harder time with the bullysticks though. Once you can get a start through the outer coating, it shears through the more brittle inside.The handle is sturdy and gives good grip points so I'm able to use one-handed. I haven't had a problem with the little hinge clip on the bottom to secure the blades.I think the only complaint would be how short the blades are. For all my dog's treats, I need to start on one side, then the other, and scissor into the middle. Not the product's fault, I knew this was going to be the case when I bought it. It's held up and sharp with no issues so far. Not sure how it'd do through metal but makes it easier to cut through dog treats. I'd buy again.I don't know enough kanji to be able to understand what I'm reading on the packaging.

Product is far superior to other similar product I had with a nice weight and hand grips feel right in hand. Overall appearance is very nice with a nice finished look. I have not used for severe duty situations, but for more mundane things like cutting up cardboard and heavy plastic, has performed better than others that failed. Would recommend.

These Metal Cutting Scissors are great! Made of great materials, simple but very efficient design. Now I have my scissors to cut metal sheets with precision. I am giving a five-star recommendation.

got a pair of snips of similar design at work and I knew right away I needed something like it at home. These were much more affordable and perform just the same. one little thing that bugged me was the handles were very smooth and lack any sort of texture for a good grip. I used some grip tape to fix that. If the tape ever becomes an issue, my other thought was just to get some sand paper and rough it up some. thats really all it needs so, I wouldn't say its a deal breaker. Very good snips for those in between jobs that you dont really need the tin snips but, its going to be to much for a standard pair of scissors.
