Great Little carry on bag
I really like this hard sided carry on bag. We used it on a recent trip and it held quite a bit. It rolls very easily and seems to be well made. Only time will tell if the zipper will hold up - that is my only concern.

Value for money
Got two. I used the 20" one just after receiving it. I'm not sure about the 28" one. I will comment later.

Fulfills all my needs so far
Item did not come damaged. It's in excellent condition. Wheels are omnidirectional. Very light but sturdy. Will be flying on All Nippon Airlines (ANA) to Japan and needed a carry-on whose height is less than or equal to 55cm, length less than or equal to 40cm and width less than or equal to 25cm. I measured it and the dimensions are all within the specified airline dimensions. Will come back to edit review once I return from Japan and see how well it handled the flight and whether it passed ANA's dimensions.

Good little case
It is a bit smaller than expected but works really well at fitting enough stuff in it for a long weekend. Since it's a bit smaller it should hopefully pass TSA carry on luggage rules for my upcoming trip.

Good. Just a bit thin and small but that’s what you expect with carry on..lyk next month if I get through the gate with it
