Best chair ever
I have this exact chair in the office. So I went online to see if I could find it for my home office as well. This chair is the best! I can sit in it for 10 hours and my back doesn’t hurt. I’ve tried many different chairs in the past, and this one is far superior to any I’ve had before.

Excellent Chair
This was delivered within a few days, was in good shape, extremely easy to put together, and most comfortable office chair I've set in. Never thought I'd spend this much on a chair, but well worth it especially if you have back problems.

Flimsy chair broke in 2 places, support is unresponsive so stuck with expensive broken chair
Although the chair was rather creaky, I did love its support and the flexible way you could adjust the headrest and armrest to suit my needs. But the chair felt flimsy and made a lot of noise during regular use. The chair tended to slide down and required constant resetting of the height adjustment. The arms also tended to slip down very easily and required repositioning quite often. I was willing to live with these shortcomings, but it eventually broke in two places: (1) the screws for the headrest came out, allowing it to rotate around the remaining screws on the left-hand side, and (2) the left-hand armrest completely snapped and was no longer functioning.I contacted support about the headrest. After going through two different ticket systems with Customer Support, I was eventually sent a replacement headrest but with no installation instructions. The headset requires non-standard tools that I didn't own so I had to buy them. I did the best I could, but something went wrong and after replacing the headset, it no longer stayed up when placed into a position but instead fell down to the height of the chair back, thereby eliminating the headrest function in practice. I simply lack the knowledge or skill to fix it on my own. Support stopped addressing this issue and became non-responsive to any inquiry about the headset. Before the replacement headrest arrived, the arm rest broke. I asked Support for direction and was again told that they would send me a replacement armrest for me to install. Given the lack of success with the headrest, I said that I wasn't comfortable attempting to replace it and reiterated the problem I continued to have with the headrest. But they just shipped the part anyway and are refusing to comment any further on the issues. So, I have a chair I can't adequately repair and an unresponsive Support Team that won’t help other than to send parts I can’t quite figure out. While I can technically still "sit in it", the chair isn't functioning as intended. I appear to be out ~ $1,300 and am looking for a better quality replacement. It was a pretty good chair for the few months it functioned properly, but I don’t think I could recommend the chair due to lack of quality or given the difficult and ultimately unhelpful Support process that has left me frustrated and without resolution.

Noisy
Nice chair overall but very noisy.

Surprisingly comfortable, but ... after a year I tossed it.
I just took a new job that will be 100% remote, so no returning to the office for me. :-) So I decided to invest in a very good office chair. I looked at other "name" brands with similar price points, and this one just stood out. It's very sleek and ergonomic. It comes in the box in two separate components, so putting it together took less than a minute. Once I made a few minor adjustments to suit my body, it was ready for me to use for work. The seller was very good in getting the chair here quickly after an initial mixup with the order.Edit: I've had this chair about six months. It's still comfortable, but I'm starting to question its overall quality. I sat down in earlier and one the two, count 'e. two bolts holding the seat to the frame fell out. Fortunately, its twin was still solid, but for this price the idea that I'm being supported by only two bolts is a bit annoying. If it gives me any more issues, I'll go back to Steelcase.Edit 2: After just over a year of use the chair’s arm broke off during a call. Upon further inspection it seems the other arm had cracks in the plastic frame attaching it to the chair too. So this one is going to the dump and Steelcase is on its way. In retrospect, I should have just ordered the Steelcase and saved myself the aggravation of this waste of money.

Comfortable for hours
Just an amazingly comfortable chair. I'm anticipating working from home for an extended period even after the pandemic, so I decided to invest in a "good" chair. I had a freedom chair in a previous job, and this one seems to be even better. It's as comfortable as ever, and the cushions seem firmer than I remember, an improvement. Assembly took less than 3 minutes and required no tools.

Great Chair!
After 25+ years using desk chairs, this is the best I’ve ever found! It did take a little time (a couple of days) to get used to, but this chair has helped with my posture and I can sit in it for hours without any issues!! It doesn’t have super padding for the seat, rather it supports your body well so it isn’t needed!!

Chair broke and company didn’t honor warranty— don’t trust them!
My chair broke within the warranty period so I contacted the company. I sent them two emails requesting assistance. They never replied! Don’t give these people your money. They don’t stand behind their product.
