Good customer service
My first watch turned up and unfortunately the battery just didn’t last any further than about 3 PM so customer service was brilliant and rearranged a replacement and it’s now spot on. I think this model of watch in particular has quite bad battery life so it’s not the suppliers fault. It’s definitely an Apple fault if you’re happy with a watch that you don’t mind charging every evening then this watch is great I would suggest if you listen to a lot of music you might drain the battery a little often so like I say the battery life is not the suppliers fault.

Battery capacity
I ordered this product with it saying 80% battery capacity minimum in the description. However, when it arrived it was on 73%. It was very easy to communicate and get a replacement but just a bit annoying. The watch works perfectly fine, just be careful of the battery capacity
