Games Workshop Militarum Auxilla Bullgryns

Look no further. Only 3 'grins to a pack, but get them into a fight and they're sure to make you smile.There's a decent amount of customizability here, but you're probably only going to be building Bullgryns, as Nork and his merry band kinda suck points-for-value wise.As far as bullgryns go, you can put a club Or a 'nade launcher on em, as well as a slab shield or a brute shield. You'll probably want to paint in sub assemblies, as the slab shield covers quite a bit of painting real-estate.They do come in three different poses, and you'll have quite a few bits left over, no matter what route you go with. Not sure yet if they're worth $15/model though, so that clubs one star off of the total.

This set builds the Bullgryns, Ogyrns, and/or Nork Dedogg. Although expensive in points, their role as a rock-solid wall that is hard to break through is super useful for a Guard Army. Consider pairing Bulls with a Ministorum Priest to give them an extra attack to really slam into things. Don't forget you can throw grenades even if you only have a club so you still have *some* ranged options if you go that route.

Arrived in a timely manner, definitely a good addition to any Astra Militarum army as now you will have a unit that will actually fare pretty well in close combat instead of dying in countless numbers like the rest of your army.
