I think the sound quality is better than the Apple version
Bought these as a reasonably-priced replacement for some lost original Apples. I think the sound quality is better than the Apple version, I like the heavier and slightly longer cable as well. In a field of poor-quality cheapies and break-the-bank entries, these buds offer huge value, look cool and provide much better than average quality while listening to music or making a call. I lost one of the ear-tips and the very nice people are sending replacements at no cost--I just ordered a second pair.

Highly recommended
My initial impressions of these earbuds are very good. Deep bass, good soundstage (rare in an ear bud!), and efficiency is pretty high. These are a massive step up in audio quality, ergonomics and comfort compared to the wretched iphone stock earbuds. The cable on the Symphonized DRM is quite thick and seems to resist tangling better than most I've owned, and the hard case which is provided is a very welcome accessory which I will use daily since i carry these in my backpack. I would be satisfied with these at twice the current asking price... At $25 they are a tremendous value.

Good sound. Far more even and balanced than Beats
Pros:Good sound. Far more even and balanced than Beats, which is what I'm looking for.Great price.Okay as earplugs.Cons:No volume control. The size catches the wind so any wind may drown out any sound coming in, unless you turn them up beyond safe levels.

Excellent quality sound through all frequency ranges
Excellent quality sound through all frequency ranges. I'm a total Bose fan and have been for years. Presently, have 3 Bose sound systems in my home. Have used the Bose earbuds in the past without complaints but needed new ones. After doing some research, decided to try these based on reviews and much lower price than Bose. Very happy with them and the sound is as good as Bose. Their ability to passively block ambient noise is excellent. I would buy again and recommend to a friend.

Good sound quality, but kind of crappy physical quality
I've had my Symphonized headphones for well over two months now and I haven't had any problems with them until today. I go to open my carrying case to fetch my headphones and the top popped off one of the buds. I could easily pop it back in and it worked just fine, but I'm afraid to use them now. What if they shock me while I'm trying to listen to music? I plan on contacting the Symphonized company and make sure I'm liable for their warranty exchange.

Decent sound quality, but that's about it!
I'm a Quality Assurance Analyst by trade, and this review partially influenced by my professional experience in analyzing "things".The reason for low rating is mostly due to two issues:1) cord lost electric wiring integrity on the phone jack after a few months of very light use. As result: no sound on one side and mic does not work.2) never got any responses from customer service. When I ordered the hardware, I got very nice email from the Symphonized that commits to 1year warranty. Cool! However, when problem was encountered, i've contacted Symphonized via 3 different channels (email, call (routed to voicemail) and request via website) - never go a response!

Where have these guys been!!
After relying on HTC Earphones for sound quality I searched hard for ones that had noise isolation and these guys did it!! The tips are comfortable for my ears, the bass is awesome, the package + case are sick, design is uniquw, and over all, the product is beyond 5 star excellence:DAudio quality on these are just phenomenal! I'm sticking to symphonized from now on:)

Only lasted 5 months. Pretty bummed because I really liked it otherwise.
Sadly, after only 5 months these earphones broke. 1 ear piece just stopped working. Also, whenever the cord was brushed up against something, like your bag or jacket while walking, there was a bit of static. Oh, and the wood case started to fall off and I had to glue it back together.Really sad that it wasn't built to last. I really liked the sound and design.
