Good quality iron easy to use and just the right weight. Easy to fill and no temperature to change, can iron any texture and material. Came at a reasonable price. Very pleased with purchase

It’s alright but does not give great heat out on steam off

I have used this iron on purchase and on two other occasions. Read the manual and looked for videos online. Charged fully on first day before starting iron.Only describe this as a painful, laborious experience. Got to iron after charging station flashes green then the iron doesn't hold charge for long at all, only few seconds. Too weak to get creases out. Only has enough charge to iron a section of a clothing at a time. Adds on a long time to my ironing chores and retreived a refund. need to repeat iron same areas. Worst iron technology I have bought. All this in the name of going cordless. Too much hassle. Disappointed with Russell Hobbs this time.Return process via amazon was very easy.

A fantastic iron easy to use

Doesn’t get hot enough for bed linen or crisp cotton. Requires too frequent returns to base to reheat and spend more time waiting for it to heat up than ironing. More than triples time to iron a shirt. Once heated only stays warm for 10 seconds and very little steam production on max steam setting. Intent to replace with a cheaper plug in model.
