Melody Maison Antique White 4 Drawer Chest of Drawers - Pays Blanc Range

I would have given this 5 stars for the piece of furniture itself. It's beautifully made. However the delivery courier was absolutely useless. He just stood there watching me struggle on my own trying to get the furniture off the pallet on my own and try to drag it inside. Didn't have much choice, it was raining. He said he wasn't insured to lift it or bring it inside my home and had a bad back. Huh? What's he doing working on his own? Surely two guys are absolutely necessary! It was an awlful experience.Gone are the days when you bought a piece of solid furniture and it was brought straight into your home, taken to the room of your choice and all packaging removed and taken away for you!I have with trepidation ordered another large chest of drawers from this company as I really want the set. I am hoping the drama of getting another delivered isn't repeated and I wont be forced to cope all by myself.
