I will start off by saying that this review was conducted in my home, picture was taken with iPhone 13 in my kitchen with the light over my shoulder from above. I printed 20 copies before taking this photo and compared it to the first page, it was the same result as pictured above.For the general purpose of needing color on the paper to visualize a picture more realistically, this is a great cartridge for you. If you print Amazon return labels and don’t want to buy authentic Cannon cartridges, this is a great cartridge for you. If you have something important that you would love to convey in the form of a picture and need color on the paper in great detail, this cartridge is NOT for you.Extremely great customer service, though because of the geographic location (Asia??), the response will be delayed until the next morning you wake up (I’m in the U.S.) which really hasn’t been a problem for me.I would definitely purchase again, as it does what I need. I will follow up in a couple months.

I had a need to contact product support when my magenta print cartridge started creating spots all over printed pages. The cartridge was still at 80%. When I contacted Amanda with product support, she was very courteous and asked me to send a few examples of the problem. After reviewing it with her management, she got back to me and offered to replace the cartridge. I felt this was an excellent option and I accepted. The cartridge did take a little longer to arrive, but I have installed it and I am back to normal on my printing. I felt like this was an excellent customer experience for solving my issue and Amanda handled the situation wonderfully.

These do not work in the MF 641 CW printer. They will work fine for a short period and then start leaving smudges and splatter all over your documents. It first happened with the magenta did it, so I bought a Canon brand toner to replace it and now the Cyan is doing it, so I will have to buy Canon brand to replace it. I'm sure yellow will be next.

Update my review: The company's customer service reached me out and tried to help resolve the issue by offering a replacement of black toner or a gift card. I choose a gift card since I already ordered a new set of toner coming. I gave additional 2 stars for customer service. Thank you for reaching out!I bought this toner last year November. This toner print really good for the first 18 prints but when I tried to print the other day it has a black striped mess on my papers. It prints really good and clear but the black toner leaks that I could not laminate it. This is such a disappointment!

I recently order this product and it does what is supposed to do. It is a great product with great printing results. It produces great print outs. It is very cost effective as compared to other similar products. I will be ordering more for our other printers.

I recommend looking at another brand. The cartridges worked fine for a short period of time. A few weeks after installation, the yellow and black cartridges started "leaking" toner and streaking across all pages, ruining the prints. I cleaned everything that can be cleaned; however, the streaking continues after just a few "clean" pages.I had to order a new set of cartridges to resolve the issues.

I am very happy with these cartidges. The come in a pack of 4 and work very well. They are easy to install with great instructions. Very happy.
