The product description clearly stated "12 pack" of 16 oz. organic peanut butter unsalted for 14.99. I only received one jar! Where are the other 11 jars?

Make sure it hasn't separated before purchase!
Separated into oil and peanut sludge. I tried many times in vain to mix and homogenate this product to no avail. The flavor was phenomenal, but the sludge almost inedible it was so dry. Perhaps some sort of immersion blender would blend the oil back in, but it would have to be quite powerful.
