It actually seems to work!
Firstly, I’ve never written a review before but felt compelled to with this.I started snoring badly (according to my wife) about 5 months ago. Never really been bad before but now (apparently) it’s house shakingly bad. So bad that we’ve even been in separate beds because of it. I did my research and scoured Amazon and settled on this. To be honest, my expectations were low, but to my shock-it actually seems to be working! It’s easy to set up, put in boiling water for around 20 seconds and then mould your teeth into it-the idea is that you slightly jut your jaw forward so it helps to stop obstruction in the throat. It’s a little strange at first obviously, but not terribly uncomfortable. One (just one) of my teeth aches a little in the morning when I wake up but it’s very temporary and certainly wouldn’t stop me from using it.I’ve been using it a week and I’ve also been using a sleep tracking app (it’s called sleep cycle) and the difference is huge! My wife tells me that my snoring has greatly improved and basically, if she’s happy-I’m happy ;) Also, according my app, the amount of breathing disruption during the night, that could be a sign of sleep apnea, has greatly reduced also.Might not work for everyone but I’d definitely recommend it.

Didn’t work this time!… so difficult to mould with your lower jaw forward
I keep buying this product as I know it works as my husband told me I didn’t snore and I also felt refreshed upon waking, however, I’d say that 1 out of 3 moulds have worked as it is very hard to mould with the bottom jaw slightly firward and once moulded it WONT remould! As long as they keep sending me a replacement when it doesn’t work (which they have when the 1st mould doesn’t work and then won’t remould )I’ll keep buying them as even when moulded correctly I’d say that it lasts just under a month due to subtle movements in the mould which I believe happen over time… def worth it WHEN it’s moulded correctly first time.

How I stopped snoring just under 7 days
Someone wrote, "if I had known that a £20 gizmo would solve my 20 years + snoring, I wouldn't have believed it". Well, today I can say that this gizmo works 100% for me (you can even find it cheaper if you shop around but this is the one I bought)How I stopped snoring just under 7 days1- take the decision (it's like deciding to stop smoking or drinking)2- Download an app called SnoreLab3- Don't change your routine and just use the app for a few days in order to get used to it (it basically allows you to recorder your night and displays the data - including sound - using a very user-friendly dashboard). It's an eye-opener and your days of being in denial of being a loud and disgusting snorer are now definitely over4- Once you are OK with the app, you buy this gizmo, and follow the instructions (I also watched a video on the internet on what to do before you can use it. It's very simple: boil for a few secs, put in your mouth and press hard bringing your lower jaw forward, then place in cold water).5- Just before going to bed, put the gizmo in your mouth (it's a mouthful I have to say it is pretty uncomfortable). If you wake up that night as I did, just stop the app. What I then decided to do, was to continue my night without the gizmo. (don't forget to resume the app recording) I did wake up again that night (stopped the app) but decided to try the Gizmo again (and resumed the recording)6 - My average weekly "Snore Score" before using this gizmo was 49. (= around 2 hours of Loud and Epic snoring per night)7 - This morning my snore score was down to 17 (29 min of snoring) and this is only due to the fact that I had removed the Gizmo during the night (you can actually see and hear when you didn't use the gizmo on your app's dashboard)8 - this evening I will try to use the gizmo all night. I am convinced my snoring score will land at 0conclusionI am sure you can achieve the same results over time by doing mouth and tongue exercises but if you are seeking immediate results, then an anti-snoring mouthpiece is the solution for loud and disgusting snoring (of course you need to be able to breathe through your nose and if your nose is blocked you cannot use the gizmo)

Be patient with it
Don't believe the smiling face on the box! I use one every night, and am now more accustomed to it, but it takes a bit of getting used to. You will dribble a bit initially, but that will stop after a week or two. Your teeth may ache a bit but not excessively. I am told that it changes the tone and note of my snore, and my partner now at least gets a good nights sleep. I can sleep all night with it...mostly. Not pleasant, but not awful either. Worth it for the sake of the marriage I think.
