Q: Why is the back of my stone cracked and got glue inside its white stuff?

Hello dear cutomer, It is difficult to be exact when answering without seeing an image of your amethyst. But if you bought from Deep Purple Project Limited, I can assure you that you don't have glue there. If you see something white between the crystals, it may be other mineral formations that arise along with the amethyst in various rocks: calcite or chalcedony. Both look white but they are totally natural and were formed that way millions of years ago. Small cracks in basalt are also normal and are generated when we detach pieces from the bedrock. When it comes to very deep cracks, which can disarm the general structure of the piece, we discard them, but small ones do not usually cause any problem.
