Q: Hi. forgive me for asking, what would seem obvious, but i have no sight i have a lavazza voicy, and wondered what the ml cleaner/water ratio is 😎

For my Wilfa Classic+, I followed the instructions on the Malita website of 125ml of Anti Calc liquid, half the bottle, put into the water reservoir with 325ml water. This was run through the machine. I then ran 1 litre of water through to remove any traces of the descaler.

Q: how much of the bottle do you use in one cleaning session?

Use half of the bottle for each descale. This is indicated half way down on the left hand side of the label on the back of the bottle by a 125ml indicator line.

Q: How can i contact thr seller i have the wrong one sent to me.?

Check out Melita's website for your country / region. They have a good documents section for each product that may help.

Q: The packet says that it’s not suitable for use with stainless steel. I have the machine with the insulated pot. Would this work still?

I think I have the same insulated jug as you and we have used this product 3 or 4 times now and there is no change to the jug.
