This shirt is very comfortable and the moisture-wicking fabric is great for humid environments. I was hoping to wear it for outdoor guarding on chilly days, but I'm afraid it is not as warm as I had hoped; any kind of wind cuts right through the fabric. It would probably work better with layers. Overall it seems like a great product but the long sleeves are more for sun protection than warmth. It fits true to size; I'm 6'1", 170 lbs and a medium fits me comfortably.

This long-sleeve shirt is incredibly comfortable, with absolutely no itchiness or discomfort. It provides excellent protection from sun exposure. I recently wore it during a 7-hour lifeguard shift under the sun, and I didn't experience any sunburn or discomfort in the areas covered by the shirt.
