Works well!
I was pleasantly surprised by this remote. Definitely not an exact copy of the original Onkyo RC-803M remote but works just as well. The shape of the remote is just slightly different on the bottom side and the buttons are a bit more firm. The button layout is an exact copy so no worries there.Pairing with an Onkyo TX-NR609 only took a few seconds!

A valid replacement
Replaces the original remote where it failed - buttons for input/selector like cbl/sat and vcr/dvr slowly stopped working.It is a lighter feel than the original and no glossy finish (too many smudges appear on glossy - always trying to wipe down - especially after children touch it) which I like. no programming/configuration - sacrificing a small animal to appease the Tech-Gods - added batteries and worked like it should.Unsure how long this will last but working and everyone is happy for now. Added photos to compare (left side is new and right is old - with smudges and all).

Doesn’t work with TX-NR609 receiver
The remote seems ok, specially for the price. It didn’t work with my TX-NR609 even do it is listed as one of the receivers. Oddly enough it worked with a TX-RZ810.

This isn't a real Onkyo remote but it's way close to a perfect copy, well worth it
