I never have problems falling asleep, I have problems STAYING asleep. I take these pellets when I can’t stop the hamster wheel in the brain from keeping me up for the rest of the night. 20 minutes later...zzzzz. No horrible “pill hangover” like I get from Melatonin. Very satisfied.
