I've had many hot sauces in my time - and the West Indian is one of my all time favorites. Haven't had the other two; however, I suspect they'll be solid. The West Indian is fantastic, good heat and yet wonderful flavor (it's often a trade off between one or the other in hot sauces.)Had it on cracked conch in the Abacos, can't wait to try it on fish, chicken, and some starches (maybe Yucca fries.)

I like my sauce the same way that I like my music coming out of my speakers.I really love this stuff ! each one has itz own individual flavor.but I can taste each herb and spice as I savor it over and with my food.not too over powering and not too hot.it doesn't completely bowl you over or mow you down.it has a kick but very flavorful.I shared with my nephew who is kind of a hot sauce connoisseur and he agreed.

Lots of flavor, a little heat - there is not much I don't put Matouk's on. First discovered the product at a restaurant when I asked if they had anything spicy. There are hotter sauces but there are not better sauces. My favorite is the hot pepper sauce, though they're all very good.

I love hot sauce and I couldn't decide on just one flavor so I'm very glad I found this option! They are all three unique and wonderful and I can't wait to try more Matouk's.I took the Hot Pepper on a family trip and the fam loved it too, very spicy and flavorful. Calypso is absolutely amazing and West Indian is fruity with less spice but still bomb. I love them all and I need more!!!

Matouks Calypso sauce is one of my favorite hot sauces. I have been unable to find it anywhere locally (I live in NC in the USA), so I decided to come get it from Blamazon. Great sauce, it's fresh, and a great deal. I highly reccomend this stuff- but be mindful that it has QUITE a kick to it. It is spicy as hell so use it sparingly if you are sensitive to hot foods.

Good heat & flavor. A bit vinegary. Reminded me of being in St. Thomas & Antigua again!
