Different than Dijon in all the best ways! True New Orleans flavor! Gave a bottle to a coworker and they went through it within two weeks.

I’ll never buy regular yellow mustard again. Tried this as a dip for boudin balls at a Cajun restaurant. Flavorful but no overpowering heat or vinegar. Just good whole grain mustard! We all immediately ordered it because it’s not sold locally. It’s this or good Dijon from now on.

I do not like the taste of horseradish and find some mustards to be too strongly flavored. This one works great for things like hot dogs but is also great for cooking. I use it in vinaigrette salad dressings, potato salad, and casseroles. The flavor is there but it is more refined. I first had this on a trip to New Orleans and have been buying it for years online because my grocery store does not carry it. Price was good too.

It is an integral part of a remoulade, could be a little spicier,....
