This book is very detailed . Also an unexpected bonus is that it gives suggested supplements for specific liver disorders .

If you know nothing about your liver it's a good book. Not what I was looking for though. I just wanted a direct structured approach on how to get my liver healthy.

Not What I was hoping
I'm not very impressed with this book. I was hoping to see recipes and more details. It talks more about signs and symptoms. I this book just wasn't what I was looking for. I will be returning!
