Great sound
Recently used the mic as a boom mic on the camera with direct feed into the camera and got great sound.

Amazing MIC. Senheiser MKE 400 - WILL BUY AGAIN
It has a great pickup pattern, and great side and rear rejection of noise. On battery or 48v phantom power, this mic is amazing. It makes me wonder just how much more amazing the higher dollar MKH416 could be.This mic is easily 20times better than the shotgun mics I heard another studio use.I will buy another one of these mics, maybe 2 more; because of how well they work.25 years audio experience, and still one of the best Shotgun mics I have used under $600.

Crap bundle inclusion
Dont buy this bundle. Buy the mic separate. Boompole bundle doesn't fit the mic. U have to buy adapter separate. Heavy stick. Non sense! Not using the boom pole yet but now is broken. You cant put it back once extension comes off.This is a crap boom pole bundled.

Everything in good working condition thanks to good packaging
The products were good, the packaging and handling was GREAT, with electronics you can easily get damage, especially in a kit/bundle, they did a great job ensuring the items were protected in transit.

Only good part is the shotgun mic
Just buy everything separate yourself. From the start it did not include the xlr cable to even use the kit. During the first use I quickly found out that the shock mount is absolute garbage and allows the shotgun mic to slip right out. After about two uses when extending the boom pole, the plastic ring holding one section in place pulled right out and ended up lost on location so now I am stuck with a boom pole in which one section I can't extend unless I plan on gaff taping it in position. I would try to contact the seller but I know they won't be helpful like when I contacted them about the xlr cable that was not included and they told me they would ship me one in a MONTH. Upon follow up the told me that they don't even sell them so there was nothing they could do about it.
