I love this stuff when for bruising. I recently fell and bruised up my foot. I took this 3x day, for three days and added Traumeel lotion on the skin and I didn't have to deal with the discoloration or swelling hardly at all. I did apply ice pack for 20 mins every 2 hours for the first 24hrs too and elevated my foot. I think this product help.

I purchased this product to help with nausea caused my headaches, travel, and occasional upset stomach (digestive issues). My daughter and I take them under the tongue before flying they are very effective with absolutely no side affects. I would recommend taking a lot more than the suggested, I'll take 10-12 under the tongue and I'm good for the whole day.
