I have seen people complain about lack of vendor support and I cannot speak to that. Some complained about features not stable. I am using this box for streaming only and love it. I have used few boxes and can say this is the best for streaming. Cannot speak to other features.Great product and great price. It seems to have been designed/engineered/manufactured well. Unlike some other cheaply made in the market. It is a little more expensive and that is why I gave it 4 stars for value. However... on the other had you get what you pay for.The setup was so easy I couldn’t believe it. Remote control is solid and well designed. Picture quality is great. This saves me $100’s every year. My last box was decommissioned by the provider and I didn’t want to buy another box from them. I wanted control over what I bought. Amazing.Update1: I see people are having problems configuring this. it’s very easy to configure but settings have to come from the service provider..

This is just as described. It requires a subscription but once installed it is easy to navigate to the desired programs. I have had it for just about 2 months and it works fine. I have had no issues with it so far and it opens up a new portal for online content. I am thrilled with it and have since bought two more for friends.

Over all satisfied with the product. I have been using older version of this Mag Box and i love it. Needed one more for my daughter and thought to try this new version. It works perfect just like older version but i dont like new remote style personally for me. Its confusing on the back button and home button. Most of the time it ends up on home and have to go through whole line up to find back your channel or show.

Works great. Setup was easy and picture quality is good. I got the IPTV connection for US and Indian channels. Scrolling through the channels is similar to having cable connection.

Then the device is no value to me. I do need this device to watch my own language programs. Then I returned the product because he also provides IPTV services "Amazon fire stick" . Then I called him and subscribed one year IPTV on July 25th which is one month from now. He provided an app using Amazon Firestick. The difference between "IPTV device" and "Amazon fire stick" is only "search" option which is good on IPTV device. But I found the way to search through the combination of my Samsung TV remote and Fire stick remote.Now the the problems started.Problem 1:*********************1. The quality of the programs are not good. But I adjusted.2. Due to my work I cannot watch programs live. But I watch on VOD all the time. None of the programs I watch works on VOD. It shows the program, but it does not work when you click on the program. I reported the issues on all programs I watch immediately. I also sent screen shot and short videos of the issues. No resolution till today. The VOD of my programs I watch available there only one week.3. There are many movies missing where my wife and kids like to watch. I reported immediately.4. The quality of movies on VOD are not up to the mark. I reported them immediately.Problem 2:************I waited for three weeks, none of the issues resolved, then asked refund. He did not responded to that message. Then I sent another message like "if you don't respond to my messages or did not provide refund, then I will have to go through my bank". He took this personally and sent "Yes. Go through your bank".Problem 3:*************His mode of collecting fees is through quick pay where banks cannot get it back. Because I paid through quick pay. His mode of acceptance is only quick pay only.Problem 4:**************He disconnected the service that I have.Final: He neither provides the service nor refund the amount. Now I am not using the service I paid for.I do not recommend this service.

Delivered quickly. Was able to connect in no time. So far so good.Will update my review as soon as I subscribe to iptv channels and check performance.12/13 - Subscribed to an iptv service. Working great. Watching cricket, news, cartoons for kids. Wish I’d have had this earlier. Must buy.

I had written a review before and this is an update. Even though the product was defective the customer service was good. They did send me a return label to send the product back and also refunded my money, so overall I am very happy with their service. The product was defective but the customer service was excellent.

I bought 2 and tried for few weeks. Took a while to get used to them. Then bought 2 more for different rooms.Easy to use after you get used to it. Better than paying $120 a month for Dish network it is only about $12 a month for one unit
