Q: Does this come with hardware to mount to a prinsu rack with a 50" cut out?

It only come with the hardware pictured. If your rack requires specific mounting hardware, I’d contact the manufacturer to find what’s needed for your specific rack. The light has the standard screw mounts on the outer most edges.

Q: If angled properly, can this be used while highway driving?

Yes also depends on your brackets. I have the KC brackets and cannot hear the whistle at all or at any mph

Q: Can I use this bar for a 2023 Can am maverick x3?

As long as it doesn’t need to actually be a 50” light bare. It measured 47&5/8’s end to end.
