Great alternative to original equipment batteries
When I my bought my used Sony X-180 I knew I would need to get batteries. OEM Sony batteries are outrageously priced but many aftermarket batteries do not work with the camera’s battery meter so you have no idea how much battery life is left. These work great, charge with the Sony charger and display battery life on the camera LCD. Happy with the battery life as well.

Good Battery for Sony FX6
Initially putting the battery in my camera did nothing even though the battery meter said that it was a full battery. I then put the battery into my Sony BC-U1 Charger until it charged fully from the charging indicator. It then worked in my camera and said there was over 310 minutes left.

Great!
Works as intended just like the OEM ones.

Very good imports and very affordable compared to OEM batteries
Definitely works with the Sony FS7 mark 2 camera (which probably means it works with the original model FS7 as well). Record times are decently long and the camera makes accurate estimates of run times remaining. One fully charged U66 battery can last half a day or longer depending on how long the record times are. I tend to not let the batteries run all the way down; so I have no rigorous test of the true "time remaining" indication the camera makes of the battery, but what the camera reports seems to be in the ballpark. The charge indicator on the body of the battery tends to underestimate how much charge is actually remaining, but this is preferred to overestimating, I think, if you want to make a quick decision about which battery to use first and which to put on the charger. All very good for a Chinese import. The company encloses a card with contact information in the battery package for reporting any dissatisfaction with the batteries and claim to replace any batteries that are defective. I have 3 now and all 3 worked as advertised.

Top Tier 3rd Party Battery
I’ve had the pair for about two months now. They hold a charge, get runtime similar to other BP-U60 battery packs, and register as OEM batteries in my Sony FS7 and EX3. The charge indicator is accurate.I accidentally dropped one about 4 feet (1.3m) onto asphalt, and it cracked the casing off. I took some photos before re-sealing it with super glue. The unit still works fine. It’s made with eight genuine LG cells, LGABB41865. My impression after looking inside the unit is that it’s made safely and they didn’t cut corners. I’d give it five stars if it handled the drop well.

great value!
A MUCH less expensive alternative to OEM SONY batteries. I purchased two of these for use with a SONY FS5 camera, and this is the third one. They have been reliable batteries, charge up quickly and last a long time. I haven't had a chance to fully drain one at a single shoot (because they last so long), but today I was shooting non-stop for over 2 hours, and I had 60% remaining power on one of the batteries. I think it is safe to predict the battery will power my FS5 for 3.5 hours, or more. Bear in mind using auto focus and image stabilization will likely drain batteries faster, but this would apply to all batteries. Suffice to say that I am pleased with the Kastar brand BP-U66 alternative to OEM SONY batteries.

Don’t buy Sony Originals buy these.
These batteries are perfect perfect PERFECT! They work with my Sony PMW F3 without any hiccups. I own the original Sony OEM batteries myself and these are seriously no different at a fraction of the cost of the original Sony’s. I can’t get these batteries to die no matter how long I shoot. I will certainly buy a few more just to have as backups in my kit.
