The media could not be loaded. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Long story short, I bought one for me. Then bought one for my friend, then one for my daughter. This last we found in it's protective case in the cupboard shattered. We weren't sure what happened, but it was well past the warrantee so I thought it was a lost cause. My daughter asked me to keep it so she could get the crystals out, at least, so I did. It stayed on the counter another month (yes) and as I was going to finally toss it, I thought it might be worth it to message the company in case they were having issues of this type with their product. I sent a quick email stating that I knew it was past warrantee, but just wanted to make them aware. They responded immediately, apologized for the product and while they said they were always looking for ways to improve the inner and outer glass, that it IS still fragile and they offered to send us a replacement! I was actually shocked. Sadly, it is rare these days to see companies back up their products anymore, but they were all about it. They asked for my address and a new one arrived in just a couple of days. I was honestly stunned, and my daughter was thrilled. They also said to always let them know if there are issues as they are always willing to help make it right.I have to say, this company is doing it right. The product is gorgeous as a gift ( I plan to buy on for my sister as well) the packaging is amazing, it's has plenty of wrapping to help it arrive to you safely. There are openings on either side for easy cleaning and the container for tea works well and is easily replaceable if you need. The bottles that have the crystals on the bottom are so nice and easy to access.If you are considering this purchase, do it. The customer service is outstanding, and we are grateful and sipping tea over here in beautiful containers! Thank you so much to this company. It gives me a little more hope that some people are still doing it right.

This water bottle is beautiful and I love it! But…. I just bought my 3rd one…. The first one came with a crack in it. I asked Amazon for a new one and they said they couldn’t send me one! Then the second one broke very shortly after it arrived. Honestly, I do love it! Thats why I threw away over $100 on them. I bought my 3rd the other day it came yesterday! We’ll see how this one holds up. I’ve bought other cups like this in the past and they either leak, are very fragile (which this one is too, but nothing like the others) I’m so disappointed but like I said Love it at the same time! So I gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but with customer service and them not responding to me and refusing to send me a new one because I threw the glass away… they wanted me to send it back! Yeah, because I kept a pile of glass… I cut myself and everything it’s kind of ridiculous. I was so worried when I opened the new one last night that it was going to be shattered in the sleeve. When I pulled it out it looked perfect! 🤞🏼this one doesn’t have any cracks (none I can see so far)Over all - beautiful and greatCustomer service - 👎🏼 awful. I can’t believe I’m still buying the products. From amazon. Although the sellers never responded to me either… it’s just not professional.

I'm going to explain why buying a Phoenix water bottle verses buying one that is made differently.The Phoenix crystal water bottle is the 2nd crystal water bottle I bought. The first one i bought several years, shown in pictures, shows why that type isn't worth buying. One, there is no way of cleaning the voided area the holds the crystal in place. I received it with a few tiny shards of crystals loose in the bottom. That was my first red flag about the particular bottle. The mouth of the bottle is too small to dry with a towel. Tho I don't use a towel for drying often.The Phoenix water bottle, the mouth of the bottle is large enough to shove a towel down to dry the inside if so desired. I usually clean mine with dawn dish soap and warm water every couple weeks. Otherwise, I just refill it couple times daily and use it until I think it need a good cleaning and the crystals need charged. I like sitting my bottle in the sun for several hours to charge the crystals. Be sure to set intentions with your crystals as well.I highly recommend the PHOENIX CRYSTAL WATER BOTTLE.My only suggestion is, I would love to see more water bottles added to this collection that covers all the chakras. Sure, I could change out the crystals. Sure, I could buy another water bottle and take out the ones they provide and put in others according to the Chakra I want to balance. But I'd rather buy the bottle with crystals that they provide with the bottle. That way I have 7 bottles to drink from each day. Am my chakras are covered. And I should add that they do provide a nice selection of crystals with the bottle.

This is the best water bottle I've ever had! It's absolutely leakproof if you put the rubber ring in as instructed. I've been using it for almost 2 months now with water, tea, mixed powders, etc. I did need to use pliers to initially get the tea strainer out, but since then it's worked perfectly and come out easily. I am not prone to dropping things, but keep in mind that it is mostly glass. I ended up putting stones in a velvet puch and then into the bottom, for padding, as the sound of just stones was bothering me. I've considered filling the bottom with tea bags. You could really put whatever you'd like in there. The felt case has a leather strap, which I've used to hook the bottle to things. It's durable and insulating. Without the felt case, the bottle is slightly insulated, but cools somewhat quickly. I've honestly appreciated this and used it to my advantage. I leave the house with hot tea and the felt case. It stays warm until I get settled in to work, at which point I take off the felt case and it cools so I can drink it sooner. It is beautiful and very very easy to clean. My only concern is for the potential longevity of the rubber seal, and that I need tweezers to take it out to clean. Overall, I'm soooo happy with this purchase and will absolutely get another one if I happen to fumble and break it.
