Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 128 GB WiFi Tablet Black (2019) (Renewed)

LOVE my new tablet. Plenty of memory, boots up quickly, great visual quality. *However,* this was my second time attempting to purchase this tablet. My first attempt two weeks earlier resulted in a tablet that arrived with food smudged on it and stuck in something called "Retail Mode," with no other items like a charger or instructions included. Attempts to contact the seller and fix the problem were frustrating and fruitless. Fortunately, Amazon has a good return policy. This was my first refurb purchase, and I was already feeling burned. But I gave it one more try because I had read great things about this model of tablet. The next vendor I used (Cellmigo) not only shipped it quickly, but it arrived well-packaged, came WITH a charger AND instruction booklet, and the screen had protective cellophane over it. Night and day between vendors. And Cellmigo even included contact information with an assurance of customer satisfaction. But I don't think I'll need to contact them because it's working beautifully. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Meantime, I hope "Fastco" out of Aurora CO can find a way to improve their products, presentation, and pride in customer service. Until then, "Caveat Emptor."

As my iPad Air grew older and slower it also started to be unsupported for an increasing number of my apps. Apple really slows down their old products to force you into upgrading but they are so proud of their current iPads the prices are ungodly for what you get. As I looked to replace my tablet it was time to look beyond Apple.Several months after acquiring this tablet for a fraction of what an Apple equivalent would cost I'm very pleased with it. I traveled extensively before the pandemic hit us and brought this with me everywhere I went. Now in stay at home mode I've been using it around the house.Some things just work better on Android compared to Apple tablets like web browsing without losing the browsing feel you get on a full computer. I appreciate the memory slot which allowed to bring along loads of movies and TV shows to watch on planes and in hotel rooms back while travel was possible. For multimedia and bringing your own content Android works so much better than Apple's restrictive ecosystem and super expensive expanded memory products.I've had work phones that were Android so I was comfortable with the OS and I was able to pick this up and run with it.Overall I'm very pleased it.

I was reluctant to go Amazon Renewed because I had a bad experience with a previous tablet (different brand and not amazon renewed) and I thought,what the back, its certified and no risk since I could return it if it didn't meet my standards. I'm sooooo glad I did! The tablet was perfect and looked and performed lime it was brand new. I opted for the 128 gigs because I knew my 5 year old daughter would obsessively download games on it and because the memory was 3 gigs instead of 2 gigs like the 64 was. It was more expensive but the amazon renewed made it more affordable and it was totally worth it. Everything on it works and works beautifully.

it is a good working tablet and it was at a good price for a refurbished tablet, rather its due to being to refurbished, or it is how it is made, or is the reason why it was refurbished the tablet is quiet a bit slow with apps takes abit to load and process apps but quality is nice and sound is nice. so all in all still worth money

I have been using a Samsung Galaxy tablet A 10 128 GB (2019) since 2019 for approximately 5-6 hours per day, or about 5 thousand hours. To my dismay, after intense usage, my old Galaxy began to come apart. I tried another tablet (company name withheld) but that one had serious issues and needed to be returned. To my delight I discovered a renewed Galaxy 10 A on the Amazon website which was identical to my old Galaxy. Normally I would buy a new device, but since I have bought 3 kindles, 2 fire tablets and 2 computers from Amazon in the past I felt comfortable with my decision to seek a renewed Galaxy. I had evaluated other systems in the past but was most comfortable with the Android system. I had a Samsung phone which made all my devices compatible. I do not work for Samsung (am a 79 year old retired social worker) so I have no vested interest in the company. All I know is that Amazon and Samsung "saved my hide" for I do family genealogy research every day and needed a system which could hand handle that. Thanks to Amazon and Samsung I can finish one my family genealogy work. A big 5.0 for both Amzon and Samsung.
