I see what some reviewers say about the height of the normal size sockets. And I can see how that can be a pain in the budd - as they are larger than normal. I actually ran into an issue myself trying to get one in a tight space. But overall, I think the set is really nice. The size of the standard sockets should not make this a deal breaker for you. It's complete, the breaker bar works great. The chrome finish is much better than I expected. There is a nice range of sizes of course in both standard (larger) and extended. The ratchet just feels good in your hand. Perhaps a mechanic would go elsewhere, but this is great for the average joe and home owner. And I wouldn't worry about highlighting the number indicators in the case. It's easily readable as far as I'm concerned. Surprisingly, the company must have listened to a reviewer - as I had a piece of carboard to separate the sockets from the ratchet and breaker bar side. It might not last in the long run. But I'm careful with it and so far so good.

Tekton....best tool for the money. Great set, with no skipped sizes. Finally, somebody gets it.

This socket set has been a fantastic addition to my toolkit. Got all socket sizes without skipping some numbers! Also, the quality exceeded my expectations.

This is my 2cnd order for Tekton Tools. My 1st purchase was for a 1/4" drive combination socket set. I was absolutely amazed at the quality, chrome finish and the preciseness of the fit and finish. I used the 1/4" set to almost completely strip down my 1986 Honda Big Red 250es. This set never backed down and I stressed it well above what anyone could ask. I have to say in the 20+ years I have worked in the Offshore Oil & Gas Business I have not seen a tool brand as nice as this for the price; durability is there and so is the fit and finish!! The tools are heavier duty than stanley / proto and a nicer chrome finish than S&K, If you know you know. They are absolutely beautiful "like jewelry" as the old timer nieghbor of mine said. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH TEKTON PRODUCTS!!!

Highly recommend this kit, has all the sizes and wont skip. Better yet the case is durable and secured. I dropped mine and the sockets stayed in their place. I use impact on them and held flawlessly

Ive had these for a few years now. Done many jobs with them and they won't fail you. If highly recommend these. I've had cheaper ones deform when put under stress. These have never done that. I've used brake bars with them many times with no issues. Great product high quality!

I own a number of Tekton tool kits and the quality it pretty high for the price paid. They also have a fantastic warranty policy and procedure.

Tekton should be anyone's GO-TO for tools. Fairly priced, durable tools that outperform even the higher end tools like Snap-On.Has literally every size you need and doesn't skip a number!

Like that this is a complete set of both long and short sockets. Ratchet feels nice.

You will be hard pressed to find a more comprehensive socket set, that is well built, and comes in a sturdy organiser case. All with a lifetime warranty to boot. I am very familiar with Tekton products; a great company which continues to innovate and they have always honoured their warranty no matter what. A solid buy recommendation from me; 10/10!

Very good quality and excellent service and good value for money

Great tools for DIY home hobbyist.I do smash these sockets in the milwalkee impact gun! Been using them for months now, they are still going strong. I'm very surprised with the strength and quality.I'm tempted to buy a second set due to the price and quality.
