Q: The safety tip was punched when I opened the bottle. Does anyone have the same experience? Is it a return item being sent to me?

Mine wasn't; I had to cut the tip open. Return yours to seller or contact Amazon customer service directly ASAP..

Q: does the french maggi Arome have MSG in it ?

All the Maggi versions have some versions of MSG in them. It is a natural byproduct of the hydrolyzed vegetable brewing process. Some countries just don't list MSG as a separate ingredient because they aren't required to. Some countries may also add extra MSG. Since Nestle bought Maggi several years ago, the sodium has been increased by up to 40% especially the Chinese version. The original French version had a higher concentration of hydrolyzed vegetable protean to salt. I have seen sodium from 900mg to as high as 1800mg in different versions of Maggi from around the world. For a slightly healthier option... try Braggs Aminos.

Q: Does it need to be refrigerated after it is opened?

You don't need to refrigerate it; but I put mine in the fridge since I don't use it often. I'm talking 3 or more months here.

Q: What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: water, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), wheat gluten, roasted flour, 2% or less of sugar, caramel color, acetic acid, wheat bran, artificial flavor, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, dextrose. Contains: wheat ingredients.
