Is nice and cheap, comfortable and easy to use. Only issue is that the packs don’t stay cold for very long. Like 15 min max.

Literally the best thing I bought to help me recover from my tonsillectomy. The pain was unbelievable however putting the packs in the freezer and then having this helped significantly with the ear pain and the swelling.The best thing about this is the fact they give you four gel packs which means that you can have one set in the freezer and one set on so you can swap when needed.

My son recently had double jaw surgery this has been an absolute godsend it helped no end with keeping him comfortable and helping with the swelling. It has four packs with it so two in the freezer two in the wrap works out perfectly , they can be used as warm packs too. It has Velcro fastenings that stay in place really well. If your having this surgery the advice we were given was ice ice and more ice it worked my son’s recovery swelling wise and overall has been amazing he is doing well 6 weeks post op but this ice pack was a game changer for him well worth the money spent

Ideal for my wife's trigeminal neuralgia and tmj pain. Sadly one gel pouch had leaked but that was OK, it came with four.Comfortable and does the job.

My jaw clicks in and out of place and sometimes gets stuck which hurts and gets very stiff - especially when I'm anxious and clench my teeth in the night. I use this for heat to help relax and soothe the joints. The gel inserts are really easy to heat up in the microwave and hold heat well. It took a while to get the strap in the right place so it didn't slide off but once I got it sorted it was very soothing. I do look a bit stupid with it on but I don't care because it really helps.

This was comfortable to wear but the gel ice pack does not stay cold for very long. It did relieve pain whilst it was cold.
