Q: why in the add it says 100x19 mm but in product description says100mm x 5mm. please be more clear and very sepecific

Two possibilities:1) They mixed units - 5mm = 0.197" so 5 turned to .19 to 19 in error.2) They lied.

Q: Do you have any 5.0 mm diameter carbon rods in stock? You sent 0.25 inch diameter rods in error.

I'm sorry, can you please reach out to us directly? We don't even stock the product that you're indicating you received.

Q: Is this 100% graphite?

I believe so, although if your question is do they contain any trace impurities I am not certain.
