Marshall’s Creek Spices Sazon Seasoning, No Msg, 12 Ounce

My son got me a cookbook that is a prison cookbook from a guy who had done some time and he had to get creative with cooking. He used Sazon in quite a few things, so I did a search here on Amazon and found it. It's a big container! A lot for the money. It's going to last quite a long time before I have to buy it again. Where has this seasoning been all my life??? It tastes amazing! I've used it in a recipe from the book on a canned salmon dish, and I've also used it on chicken. It's kind of like seasoned salt, but without the salt. It's got a bold flavor, but not overpowering. It would go well with all kinds of fish and seafood and probably any white meat. I'm not sure it would pair well with red meats, but that's up to you to decide. I tried finding it in grocery stores in my area, but "tried and true" Amazon was the only place I found it. If you're looking for something a little different with a whole lot of great flavors, try this one.

Excellent quality and balance. We will replace our everyday seasoning mix with this, it’s good for more than just Mexican food. I used it in rib rub, on pork steaks, and in potatoes. Very clean and tasty without MSG. I couldn’t be more pleased, and hope we can continue to find it from now on from this source.

A little bit pricier, but it lasts a long time and is worth the money. It’s a tasty alternative to Goya, who will never again get my money! This sazon blend is also organic, tasty and free of msg. It does the job!

Good stuff, no msg and tasty for a good price. Not sure how you could make this any better. Would buy again and recommend.
