Have been using this camera (as do colleagues) for a while now. This unit I had for just under a year and use it for checking insulation in clients properties. I have always like the unit for the price and have tried quite a few. You can buy better at a lot more money and you can spend a little less on units much much worse. This is a good price and does exactly what I need it A couple of weeks ago the screen went blank without warning. Contacted the seller who told me to send it back to an address in Germany. As soon as I provided tracking information they despatched a new unit immediately. Very impressed.

I recently purchased a cheaper model and was disappointed with the resolution. This is more than I wanted to pay but the detail produced is far better and more usable than a previous model.

Purchased for a plumbing job to find some hid dent pipe work which was causing issues to the heating. Found it within 20 mins of getting it out the box. Saved hours and hours of lifting and ripping the customers floors apart

Have to say very impressed with this, has been a life saver helping me find a central heating leak and excellent for finding hot spots in electrical equipment.

Disclosure: mine went back.The unit feels good and solid. What I hated was trying to take consistent images. You pull the trigger and it prompts *every time* to confirm the snap on the screen, meaning a button press.Recording was OK. Ideally it would be friendlier to use as taking lots of pictures was annoying. I couldn't find a way to disable that "feature"The battery cover was tight to remove.The whole unit felt really solid and performed pretty well, however I couldn't bring myself to deal with the confirmations each time and as such it went back.Images were small when displayed on other devices (as expected) but looked clear and had good detail / hot/cold spot recognition.

The instrument is easy to understand, responsive to changes of temperature .I will purchase another for another job in the near future.Prompt delivery

After 1 year of lying down on the floor, the thermal imager does not work Used 3 times for inspection at home.

I like the price for this fairly good quality high resolution device. It arrived quickly and it is easy to use.
