COTOWIN 4-Inch Wide Black Knit Heavy Stretch Elastic 3 Yards

I have 4 pair of great leggings that were riding too low, and every time I would bend over, they would go a bit lower, starting to expose my uns. I had to keep pulling them up when I would play sports. At my age, that's not what I want. This elastic is absolutely perfect to sew onto the top of the waistband and add another 3-1/2 inches (1/2 inch was overlap) to bring the waist up to my actual waist where they don't ride down! I was very pleased. Product is very good quality, and has just the right amount of stretch to get over my hips and then snap back into place on my smaller waist. If you know how to sew, this is the way to go! Use a machine stitch that is meant for attaching elastic, since it will allow for the stretching when pulling on and off.

Good stuff! Easy to cut and sew and seems like it will hold it's stretch for a decent amount of time.

I like the product. Perfect for my project. The picture shows 2 rolls of elastic but online 1 came in box. Went back and read description and you have to pick how many you want. Be sure you notice this.

Not what I expected AT ALL! I was looking to buy a material that would work with velcro. This stuff is useless to me since velcro doesn't work with it.

This elastic is a rough elastic and has only a one way stretch. Its much too rough to use on anything that would go against your skin. I mistakenly thought it would be soft because it stated it was knit. It also smells like a new tire. Really surprised by that! But as it sits out of its packaging the smell is becoming less intense.

I bought this in order to alter my skirts to accommodate for my baby bump, though I'll be returning it as it takes a lot of effort to stretch this material. I will say that if you hold a strip of it out and pull it to make a 45 degree angle, it does stretch a lot better, but I was hoping for material that will easily stretch when pulled from opposite sides.
