Almost perfect.
This was great to help me with yarn splitting when pulling through the heddle. Disappointed that it was a flimsy plastic. Would expected and preferred wood or metal or stronger plastic.

Remember the days when you had to thread the needle for mother?
Left or Right handed friendly. Makes threading the loom faster ... even without wearing my reader's.

Just as advertised
Definitely made my life easier. I lost the one that came with my loom so I'd been using a knitting hook. It was awful

flimsy plastic
I did not like that it's very flimsy, I wanted to use it for threading the reed on my floor loom.Harrisville looms makes one that is all metal and about the same price. I will definitely buy that in thefuture. I noticed this Ashford hook is no longer available on amazon!!!!!

Essential Weaving Tool
This simple tool has made warping a loom so much easier.

Light weight
I found that I like a heavier piece to work with. This one is great to take to classes, but for home I like my brass heddle/ reed hook.

Better than the one that came with the loom.
The hook that came with my loom split the plies. This one works like a charm.
