Very pleased with tis items. Cools water very quickly

Absolute complete and total garbage. We purchased 2 of them for our offices and cannot get the melted plastic taste out of our water no mater what we do. We have flushed 2 brand new 5 gallon water jugs (10 GALLONS) of bottled water through these machines trying to get the horrible taste of melted plastic out of the water but we are not succeeding. What's the point of purchasing high quality bottled water if it gets contaminated when it goes through the water cooler. These things are junk! I would return them but we threw the boxes out and I don't think they will take them back. I do intend to ask Amazon if they will take them back. If not, then off to the dumpster they will go. I will not infect myself or my team members with the toxins that are coming out of this machine.

Fast shipping worked great

Well, I bought this 2.5 yrs ago, and sadly I have to say goodbye. What a work horse! Never had a problem.until recently, when the cold water spigot started dripping when not in use. Not all the time, but sometimes I couldn't get it to stop. Probably an easy fix, and truthfully, with all the dang use this thing got, I'm not surprised. I would also say, if it wasn't for advancing age, I would buy another one. It's just too hard to lift the bottles now, so I have to go to a bottom load. Here I am, praising a machine that worked so hard! It just dribbles like every woman over 50.

I really like my water dispencer, never had one before. I have had a UTI for about 1yr now and I drink alot of water. Lugging 4 or 5 gallons from Walmart was getting tough on me so I tried this. I wasn't thinking when I ordered the top loader I should have ordered bottom loader, but so Thankful to neighbor who is doing the muscle part for me. The price was really doable and the water itself tastes better than Walmarts Drinking Water.

TLDR; Don’t buy this unless you want to replace it every year. PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO LAST, THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP PURCHASING-NO MATTER THE COST.I purchased this in December 2022. It worked on the nosier side but it made our water hot and cold, so it did the job. Moments ago, the machine just began crackling and thankfully I was home. I walked over to investigate the noise and the hot water switch was literally smoking. I quickly shut the hot water off and unplugged it. I am a young lady who lives alone, I was actually scared because something was definitely on fire/catching on fire because it had an acrid smell. I called Frigidaire customer support to no avail, they directed me to “Curtis International”. Their customer rep (a real live agent on the phone) states because it is over their 365 warranty they won’t do anything. Not a refund, not a replacement, not even so much as a partial credit. That is appalling, things are not meant to last now.

It is a good product, but when it is on, it isn't quiet.
