Saved me from a stay in a hotel
After determining the capacitor needed to be replaced and getting over the fear of removing the bad one and the voltage it could hold I ordered the replacement. After arcing the contacts on the old one to discharge it the Install was straight forward and pretty easy. Fixed the problem and saved me a ton of money. The contractors estimate was $175 for a $20 part? Living in the Palm Springs area with 115° on the horizon we would have had to stay in a hotel so all in this little inexpensive part saved us a bunch of $$$$.

I have my AC working again
There is nothing worse than losing AC in the middle of summer. The box came with no damage and worked as soon as I installed it.

Don't be without one.
Summer in the south is a tough time to be without AC, and when your capacitor blows you don't want to have to wait for the service guy to show up. Nobody in my tiny town of 2000 stocks these, not even the Big Box store, so I keep one on hand.Installation is a piece of cake. The hardest part is removing the access panel on the heat pump. Take a photo with your phone of the existing setup for reference, and watch a youtube video for good measure.

Perfect Match
Used this to replace the Genteq 27L880 (D156132P18) capacitor on my HVAC condenser unit. The fan and condenser came right on with no issues.
