Kauffman Orchards Raw Cane Sugar, Bulk 5 Lb. Bag

I recently purchased this sugar in order to make some sugar scrub. I wanted something suitable for calloused areas, like feet, for example.This sugar is exactly what I needed. Not only is it exactly the right texture and size, it also tastes great (not that I would eat my sugar scrub, but depending on what else you put in it, one might choose to do so). Seriously - it tastes good, is great sprinkled on a cake, cookie or in coffee or hot tea. It has a great light molasses flavor.This product is not produced by the seller, but is repackaged into manageable quantities for use by individuals (as opposed to mass producers of goods using it). It was bagged in a plastic bag with twist tie, then bagged again in a second twist tied bag. It stores well, is yummy, and is great for sugar scrubs.My purpose in reviewing this and other items is only to provide my honest opinion based on my experience with the item. Great taste!

As soon as it came, I weighed it. It was just over 4 lbs....I ordered and paid for 5 lbs.This also appears to be more processed than the usual raw cane sugar I buy at Kroger!!!The stuff from Kroger is a darker richer yellow...not off white.
