Great product. So, we have a cat who will be 18 this year, she had lost a bunch of weight and had blood in her litter recurrent even after antibiotics, so another trip to the vet and he determined she most likely has hyperthyroidism from canned cat food, the fish flavor, she was literally down to 6.25 lb and looked like she was on death's door. So instead of putting her on pills, I did some research and came across this supplement. Her appetite is good, It is relatively easy to get her to take and she doesn't seem to mind it enough to spit it out or anything, It's been almost 2 months she has been taking this, She is at a much healthier weight and is not skin and bones anymore, her infections have not come back either and there is still plenty in the bottle. These drops have been very minimal fuss and are good for the price.

My 15 yr old cocker spaniel was diagnosed a year ago with hyperthyroid, this medication worked for her. Thorough test results from 1 week ago show the thyroid is working normally now. The only thing I would say is that the vet who diagnosed her said the thyroid issue was also the cause of her thinning hair, not sure if that's true but her hair has not grown back on this med. She likes the taste, has had no side effects.

7 months ago, right around new yrs, our 8 yr old cat got deathly sick and lost 5 pounds... she had an URI, but her bloodwork showed she was hyperthyroid as well. After researching once I got home, I didn't want to go the traditional route of the thyroid meds and repeated testing all the time. I ordered this and started it right away. She also had antibiotics for that URI.. but she recovered wonderfully and even gained a little over a pound back and her weight stayed steady, her coat became glossy and soft again and she seemed to be doing great. She got another URI recently from our kitten who was neutered and brought it home, so I was so scared telling the vet I only give these drops and not the thyroid med. He redid her bloodwork and just called me and said her t4 level dropped by over 3 points and is in the perfect range now and he doesn't want her on any extra meds and he even asked me to bring this bottle back in next time I come so he can look at it again!!!!If that isn't a testament to this product, I don't know what would be!!!

This product did not work for our dog Dirk. We gave it a good solid try for several months but ended up taking him to the vet for medication as his condition continued to deteriorate. When we took Dirk to the vet his blood tests showed his thyroid hormone levels were basically non-existent even after several months of being administered this supplement. This product may work as a preventative or for an animal with a thyroid that is only slightly struggling. The main reason we tried this first is because I hated the idea of giving Dirk medication every day for the rest of his life.... but found that is exactly what I was doing anyway by using this product. I would recommend that if you have a dog with the signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism go to the vet, have the blood tests done to check it out and get the appropriate medication. In the long run it's going to be less expensive and more effective.

We got this for our "runt" Maltese. He was a rescue and apparently had a pretty rough life. Almost lost him last year to a digestive track problem.Got that taken care of...but he had been cold ALL the time. We put a little shirt on him and a blanket at night. He shivered constantly, his coat was thin and his skin was sallow looking. My wife was in nursing and it hit her that maybe it could be a thyroid problem. We searched for something to help him and this popped up with good reviews, so we ordered it.Three (3) days and we could tell a difference. He was being more active and his shivering slowed down.We've been giving him 3 drops twice a day...a 10 pound dog. A month out and his shivering is gone, his eyes are clear, his fur is growing out and skin is pink. He is PLAYFUL...at times...he's 8 so I don't expect a lot of that, but surprised when he grabs a toy and throws it across the room!Worth every penny.Oh..drop it on his wet food, he doesn't even know it's there...no struggling.Can't recommend it highly enough...hopefully it will work as well for your pet if needed.

My cat got old and came within hours maybe days of passing away due to hyperthyroidism. I was able to give him a combination of this medicine Sooth along with a cat food by blue Buffalo called blissful belly I use 1/4 of a can of that with half a can of the anime and love and you grain free chicken. I add hot water and mix the food until it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes so that it is easier to digest. My buddy is my best friend and I did not think he would survive past February we are now in June and he is doing amazing I can’t believe he is still with me and I hope this helps someone else good luckUpdate!!! It’s now October and my lil buddy is still alive!!!In August I ran into financial difficulties and I could not afford to renew his medication. He started to deteriorate before my eyes. His coat got yucky and he started loosing weight.
