Cooling sucks graphics amazing
I bought this product back in 2019 and its great! I've used it to play aaa titles like r6 apex and warzone and easily managed 60 fps on medium to high settings. The only setback is alienware cooling on laptops isn't that great so ive just had to a cooling pad and a little office fan. Otherwise great product

Do not buy - Defective product and subpar customer service
Defective product. Constant blue screen error message with no real reason for the error. I wasn't using the laptop extensively as I had just bought it, but I was still getting these errors for no reason. I drew the line when I was only operating firefox browser and it blue screened me 3 times in a row within 20 or so minutes. I contacted the seller about the refund and described the issue and they gave me a partial refund. I inquired about it again and they said it's Amazon policy if it was opened. It's Amazon policy to refund a product that was damaged or defective the last time I checked, but they refuse to give me the full refund for something I wasn't even able to use. If I knew it was defective, I wouldn't have even opened it.For the video card and cpu as a gaming laptop, I expected the fps to be high, but the maximum possible fps is 60 (which they don't have on their page at all). I probably would've reviewed it more had I actually been able to use it but all I can say is that the gaming aspect of it is subpar if it's only 60 fps with its graphics and cpu. Their customer service was subpar for a laptop that was returned after seeing one too many blue screens. The only good thing I can even say is that the case holding it was really top quality. Please don't buy. I'm writing this on an Asus laptop that hasn't given me a single blue screen, by the way.

I think its worth it
So i wrote a bad review because i had an issue with the screen when playing an FPS. If you experience tearing, connect the laptop to a tv or monitor and the settings will auto adjust, thus fixing it. Also its super smooth and looks really good, Alienware command center is garbage, its what you need to change the keyboard color. After that it runs every game on the highest settings well.

Terrible Laptop
Bought this a few months after it released initially. At first I did really like this laptop, did everything I needed it to do.I babied this thing. Always kept it in a nice protective case, I was gentle with it all the time.Bloatware is terrible on it. Some is nice to have but there's a lot of completely unnecessary stuff on it.Within a year, the keyboard started dying, caps fell off and would not go back on, the membrane underneath the keys started just popping off as well. I've lost 2 keys off it and the membrane under them. Also the CPU/GPU needed repasting and let me tell you, there was barely any thermal paste on them before I repasted them.Within a year and a half, the battery just decided to expand. I took the whole thing apart and removed the battery completely. Never played without it plugged in so that wasn't a big deal but it's a laptop, so that's a little upsetting. Now it's been about 3 years that I've had it. I've had it 'tuned up' a few times, planning on completely wiping it and starting fresh sooner or later but it has trouble playing games that it otherwise ran well before. So now, I only use this laptop when I'm traveling a few times a year, I have to bring a full sized keyboard as well which is so inconvenient as I need a full keyboard for work.

Value for money
Just bought it. Its an amazing laptop with incredible performance and the overheating problem previous models had is gone. Although perfect doesnt exist , as any other laptop it has some minus . The alienware command center is poor and thats something you would expect since previous models have a better interface. Other than that this machine guaranties amazing gameplay hours without even sweating if you push it to the limits
