This was recommended by the veterinarian to keep my horse hydrated during cold weather. It's worked very well . My only issue is the lid is hard to get off and on I put it into a different container to make it easier

We love this electrolyte supplement. It has a great smell and horses easily eat it. We have 19 in our herd and feed during coldest months of the winter to encourage drinking to avoid compaction. We purchased from here to get the largest quantity for price, we have not found anywhere else comparable with fast shipping.

I only give this to my horse during the hottest days. He really doesn't like it very much, even when I mix it with his grain and he will eat anything! Nevertheless, it disappears eventually. He also has access to a salt block which has been hanging in his stall for a year getting dusty.

This is the second time I have purchased these electrolytes. This product works well! I feed it to my horse, dry, by sprinkling it on her hay. And I also feed it to her wet, with her mash. My horse doesn’t seem to mind or notice the scent or taste—at least she doesn’t mind it so it’s easy to administer the electrolyte powder.I recommend this product. It is the only electrolyte I will use from now on because my horse takes it well.
