Switch is broken not working and unable to change the option to cook
First of all it is not working.The swtich did not go to cook option it is set into warm option and also switch is loose dont onow it is broken or not and i have requested for replacing

We cook only 250gms of rice per day. But there is nozzle over the glass lid which is spilling the water when rice is being cooked and it is a tedious task, as we need to clean the surroundings all the time
